GWM's Board of Directors are committed to a focus on fulfilling the Great Commission, i.e. making disciples through teaching people what God has said through his Word, while at the same time exhibiting compassion and assistance to those in need of "a cup of cold water". This includes maintaining the emphasis of distributing and teaching the Word of God.
The commitment of the Board is of Directors is to administrate the office and financial affairs in the US, as well as keep the missionaries accountable in the areas of finances and spiritual health. They are commited to maintaining a Spirit led environment of ministry.
